High-Speed Precision Cladding Nozzle / COX2
The COX2 annular powder-feeding nozzle is built with precision-engineered structure, optimized through multi-dimensional simulations and validated via real-world production testing. It delivers excellent powder convergence and high powder utilization efficiency.
Specifically designed for precision high-speed laser cladding, COX2 produces a powder spot diameter of approximately 1.0–1.5 mm with a powder focal distance of about 13 mm. At a cladding width of 1.6 mm, powder utilization exceeds 85% under optimized conditions. It is compatible with various powder materials and is widely applicable in laser additive manufacturing and remanufacturing processes.
