HALDEN Wear Plate Grade
H-200 Severe Abrasion Plate
Severe abrasion chromium carbide overlay plate for ore, aggregate, clinker, slag and other highly abrasive bulk materials. H-200 is recommended when ordinary CCO plate service life is not enough but the impact level is still low to medium.
| Grade | H-200 Severe Abrasion Plate |
| Wear condition | Severe abrasive wear with low to medium impact 严重磨粒磨损,中低冲击 |
| Typical hardness | HRC 58-65 |
| Common thickness | 8+6, 10+8, 10+10, 12+12 and customized |
| Main applications | Crusher liners, mining chutes, port unloading systems |
Stronger abrasion resistance for severe material flow
HALDEN H-200 Severe Abrasion Plate is designed for harsher abrasive wear positions than general CCO plate. It uses a chromium carbide overlay structure for longer service life in mining, quarry, cement, port and bulk material handling systems.
This grade is suitable for liners that face continuous sliding abrasion from hard particles. It is commonly selected for crusher discharge zones, transfer chutes, hopper liners, port unloading systems and mineral processing equipment where replacement frequency must be reduced.
Key benefits
- Higher abrasion resistance than general-purpose CCO plate
- Suitable for ore, aggregate, clinker, slag and other hard particles
- Can be supplied as full plates, cut liners or fabricated liner kits
- Useful for reducing shutdown frequency in high-wear transfer points
Typical specifications
| Overlay type | Chromium carbide or custom alloy hardfacing layer |
| Base plate | Q235, Q345, A36 or equivalent weldable steel; special base plate available by project |
| Hardness | HRC 58-65 |
| Plate format | Standard sheet, cut-to-size liner or fabricated wear component |
| Processing | Cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, countersunk holes, stud welding and welding assembly |
Recommended applications
| Crusher liners For discharge, transfer and surrounding liner positions with severe abrasive flow. | Mining chutes For ore transfer chutes, bins and hoppers with hard particle abrasion. |
| Port unloading systems For bulk terminals handling coal, ore, clinker, grain additives or mineral cargo. | Quarry equipment For aggregate handling positions after crushing and screening. |
| Cement raw material areas For limestone, clinker, slag and raw meal transfer positions. | Heavy liner kits Cut and drilled liners supplied according to installation drawings. |
When to choose H-200
| Condition | H-200 suitability | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary abrasive material flow | More than enough | H-100 may be more cost-effective. |
| Severe ore or aggregate abrasion | Good fit | Use H-200 as the severe abrasion liner grade. |
| Fine powder, slurry or sticky material | Possible, but not ideal | Consider H-300 Smooth Surface CCO Plate. |
| High temperature wear area | Not the first choice | Consider H-400 High Temperature Plate. |
| Heavy direct impact | Limited | Consider H-500 Impact Resistant Plate. |
