WM 3030 welding column and boom is designed for stable, accurate, and efficient welding operations on cylindrical and heavy fabrication workpieces. The machine is composed of a column system with lifting, sliding carriage, anti-falling device, and balance weight device, together with a boom system that includes the rack and boom driving mechanism.
The whole structure adopts welded construction with good rigidity. After welding, stress is removed and the guide rail surfaces are machined to ensure high precision and wear resistance. It is suitable for use in automatic welding systems and can be combined with welding heads, flux recovery units, and traveling carts for integrated production.
