Automatic Plasma Spray Welding for Valve and Rotary Parts

The HALDEN Valve Plasma Spray Machine is designed for plasma spray welding repair and surface strengthening of valves, shafts, pipe parts, disk parts and other rotary components. It is suitable for depositing wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant or repair layers on outer cylindrical surfaces, inner holes, end faces and damaged working surfaces.

The system combines plasma power source, welding operator, displacement machine, precision spindle rotation, linear motion mechanism, arc voltage tracking, welding oscillation and PLC control to support stable automatic plasma hardfacing production.

HALDEN can configure the machine according to component size, coating material, welding method, required layer thickness, production capacity and repair application.

Application Scope

The valve plasma spray machine is suitable for surface repair and plasma hardfacing of general shaft parts, pipe parts, disk parts and valve components. It can be used to apply wear-resistant layers, restore damaged surfaces and improve service performance of key working surfaces.
