Automated Coating Platform for Cylindrical Workpieces

This machine is intended for the automation of laser cladding or PTA welding on cylindrical workpieces such as valves, shafts, sleeves, and similar parts. By integrating rotary motion, transverse movement, camera-assisted monitoring, and adjustable slide mechanisms, it supports more stable and repeatable coating and seam welding operations.

It is suitable for users who need practical automation for medium-size cylindrical parts with controlled positioning and flexible setup.

Integrated CNC Laser Cladding & PTA Girth Seam Welding System

The machine mainly consists of a machine bed, servo rotary headstock, X-axis transverse axis, manual tailstock, combination slide, support bracket, protective door, cantilever control box, main control box, industrial welding camera, laser cladding and PTA welding system, welding head, connecting cable, and safety fence.

This integrated structure supports practical shop-floor operation and easier adaptation to different cylindrical coating tasks.
