Robotic Welding Machine

HALDEN hardfacing welding robot adopts inverter welding technology and is designed for automated surfacing and flexible production tasks. The mechanical arm end is equipped with a special welding gun, and the wire is fed to the conductive nozzle through a double-drive wire feeder for stable welding performance.

The entire surfacing process is simulated and demonstrated through the teaching box, and the correct surfacing track is stored for repeatable execution. Combined with servo motor control, stepped shaft rotation, and robotic swing welding, the system helps improve weld consistency, production efficiency, and working conditions.

Automated Hardfacing and Surfacing Solution

HALDEN robotic welding machine is built for surfacing and hardfacing operations where stable, repeatable welding paths are essential. Through teaching box programming, the robot arm simulates and stores the correct surfacing track, allowing the system to repeatedly execute the same welding action with higher consistency than manual work.
