Automatic Surfacing for Screw and Barrel Components

This machine is mainly used for automatic surfacing of shafts, single screws, barrel surfaces, and related cylindrical components. Plasma powder overlay welding is applied as a surface strengthening and repair process to improve service life and performance of key wear parts.

The process is suitable for inner hole, outer circle, and other automatic overlay welding positions where consistent surfacing quality and metallurgical bonding are important.

Designed for Industrial Surface Modification

The equipment is intended for product surface modification with the goal of improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance, alloy bonding strength, and production efficiency.
