The General Laser Hardening Equipment is designed for precision surface hardening of metal parts.
Laser hardening heats the material surface above the austenite transformation point and then relies on the material’s own rapid cooling
to form martensite, creating a hardened surface layer.
Compared with conventional hardening methods, this process offers high power density, fast cooling speed,
no need for water or oil quenching media, and better suitability for automated production.
