5 DIA × 10′-0 LG Chromium Carbide Overlay Pipe

HALDEN 5 DIA × 10′-0 LG Chromium Carbide Overlay Pipe with 5 mating flange is a wear-resistant elbow and pipe solution built on a seamless steel base with chromium carbide overlay welded to the internal surface through an open arc process. It is designed for high-abrasion conveying applications where conventional pipe materials wear quickly.

The chromium carbide overlay is deposited perpendicular to the flow of material through the elbow, resulting in longer wear life and more stable service performance. HALDEN can handle pipe diameters from 100 mm and above, and can also fabricate pipe sections from chromium carbide overlay plate according to project needs.

Wear-Resistant Overlay Pipe for Severe Conveying Conditions

This overlay pipe is designed for applications where abrasive, corrosive, or high-temperature materials move through pipelines and elbows, causing rapid wear to conventional pipe walls. The chromium carbide internal overlay provides a harder and more durable working surface that helps extend service life.
